In the year of 1914 four shipping lines merged together to form the Commonwealth & Dominion Line.
These were The Tyser Line, T.B.Royden Steamers, James P. Corry & Co, and The Miburn Line.
Two years later this was taken over by the Cunard Steamship Company and eventually changed to the ‘Port Line’.
